Arrival and departure
On the day of your arrival your room will be available as of 2 pm. Should you arrive after 7 pm, we kindly ask you to let us know by phone. On departure day we kindly request you to check out before 11am.

Local taxes
The local taxes are 3,20 € per person and night (children under 14 years old are not submitted to local taxes)

Cancellation conditions
Up to 2 weeks in advance your booking can be cancelled without being charged anything. For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged. In case of early departure or late arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount paid for the missing days.

Cancellation insurance
We advise you to get a hotel cancellation insurance. This insurance will reimburse your expenses upon not being able to travel or upon having to travel back home in the middle of your holiday.

Pets
Upon request you are welcome to take your pet with you. However we kindly ask you to take into consideration that pets are not allowed in the dining rooms and in the wellness area of the hotel.
