An eldorado for mountainbikes and racing bicycles

At the foot of the Passo dello Stelvio, Gomagoi is an ideal starting point for mountain biker or racing cyclists. The Stelvio with its 48 hairpins is a must for every ambitious cyclist.

The Mediterranean climate makes it possible to go mountain biking from march until late autumn. During spring and autumn the bikers prefer the snow-free and sunny Sonnenberg, during summer they chose the peak tours.

New: Cycling will get even more exciting with the new ‘Vinschgertrain’: 600 modern bicycles  (mountain bikes, city bikes and children’s bicycles) are waiting for their users!

Special highlight:

Once a year the Stilfserjoch pass is closed for one day for motorized vehicles; a highlight not to be missed! During the past years almost 6000 cyclists used this unique opportunity to conquer the 48 curves.
